Description: Acting as the coordinating design professional, we worked with the owners’ designated pretreatment designer and product manufacturer to provide the civil, architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical design required for the project. We hired and oversaw the geotechnical soils investigation. The project consisted of two large bolted tanks, a process building, pipe racks, and required platforms. We oversaw the design consultant construction phase services, helping to coordinate and ensure compliance with the construction documents. We modeled the process piping for bidding and routing purposes to ensure approval, coordination, and documentation of project results.
