Description: New pipe manufacturing plant. 5.5 Acres under roof. Designed the building layout for three large pre-engineered buildings with up to 45-ton gantry bridge cranes. Designed the building’s foundation on deep foundations and the plant’s heavy floor slabs. Designed 14 steel mill equipment reinforced concrete foundations, most of which were on deep foundations, converting equipment metric dimensions into imperial dimensions while ensuring accuracy and fit-up.
